2.This is just a faceplate shell and touchpad. The controller, back shell, decorative trim shell, buttons and other parts are not included.
3.Requires customers to take apart the controller original shell part to replace the front shell.

I was sent the wrong order and I've been trying to get my items for over a month. Hopefully it is on the way now but I was told it could be another month before I receive it. I am very disappointed with the customer service. My previous order was great. This order has been a nightmare. They made a mistake and it feels like I'm being punished for it.
